Design And Implementation Of The Information System For The Object Of Preferential Treatment

Jiangxi Province has always been a province of special care,and the construction of a special care information management system is an important measure of government informationization,which is conducive to further improve the efficiency of the work of the special care of the civil affairs,improve the status quo of the management of special care,and save the cost of investment.The construction of the special care management system is to improve the satisfaction of the object of the care and the people's satisfaction with the civil affairs work,and it is the key construction work of the special care work and service system.This paper is based on the analysis and design of the special care management system based on the status quo of civil administration work in Jiangxi Province.It aims to build a provincial-level special care information management system that integrates provincial construction,city-level,county and town communication,data standardization and information synchronization.In order to realize the centralized information management of the special care object,the online approval of the business,the standardization of business processes,the intelligent distribution of funds and supervision,the convenience of the service,and the support of online scientific and efficient decision-making,ensuring that the work of civil affairs is open and fair,subject to the supervision of the people.The Jiangxi Province Jianyou care management system designed and implemented in this paper is developed based on the provincial unified deployment and collaborative application at all levels,following the standardized software engineering development standards.The functions of this special care management system include special care object management,fund management(distribution and supervision),special care unit management,special care business management,special care policy,message management,historical data query statistics and so on.It can realize online management of special care object files,statistics and migration of special care objects,granting of funds for special care,verification and decentralization supervision,real-time measurement and evaluation of special care funds,addition,deletion,summary,report and review of special care units;unified online processing of special care business,standardization of processes Unified,traceable backtracking;detailed query,statistics,and report display of business data;online disclosure of special care policy,real-time synchronization of the latest regulations,and information synchronization.This paper adopts the mainstream J2 EE architecture to implement the optimization management system,and builds the database server based on SQLserver.Due to the stable performance of the mainstream mature technology components,the developed management system has better stability and ease of use,and can be used across platforms,supporting at least 300 people are concurrent,able to meet the current management of the special care.There are many kinds of business in the caress,there are process crossovers between some businesses,and the preferential policies are often updated and adjusted,which means that the management system needs to have good scalability.The application management system uses the SCA framework to reduce the coupling of functional modules,greatly improving the reuse of code and modules,and improving the scalability and portability of the system.From the feedback of system testing and putting into use,this special care management system can meet the online work needs of Jiangxi Province's civil administration.
