Jinhua Experimental High School Education Group is a public state-level key vocational secondary school, known inside and outside of Zhejiang Province, as many thousands of people each year the number of candidates, candidates from both inside and outside around the province. In traditional recruitment methods, the candidates need to apply to the school to fill in the registration form, and then by the school staff will candidate’s personal information into the system, a single proof print, signature confirmation candidates, which brings a lot of trouble to the field of candidates, while also apply to each exam to recruit executives brought considerable workload. Based on the above considerations, the proposed and designed an entrance examination to meet the current needs of the development of online recruitment information management system, in order to solve the school system, the actual work of specific business issues is very necessary.Based on the online entrance examination management status and needs analysis, design and development of online information management system wide entrance examination to have the scope, heterogeneous and open strong, stable platform technology features, particularly suitable for online processing needs. Consider the actual needs of the school, three-tier system designed to B/S structure of a way to provide Web services to external systems in order to meet the distribution of access to different users. B/S structure characteristics of the distribution, business processes can be carried out anytime, anywhere. System user interface work is the use of a Web browser to achieve, to achieve different users with different access methods to access and manipulate databases from different locations.The system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the database server, using the Java language J2 EE enterprise system development platform, the platform under development using Web applications using ADO.NET data access as a basis, the system can be deployed to run on Windows 2000/2003/XP operating system. System is currently planned to achieve the enrollment management, online registration management, five functional modules exams management, performance management and query statistics system management. After extensive testing, the system has been in trial operation state, and steady state operation.
