With improved living standards, there is growing concern about their physical health, its income for a large part of investment in health. Medical treatment field in our country is confronted with the following problems: medical treatment level has obvious territorial difference, and the aging of population structure causes the increase of health care requirement. Health Care System (HCS) provides a method to solve the problems. HCS is a technical means to transmit user's physical or medical signal to phone or server and then return Health reference information.Health Care System combining information technology, communications technology, biotechnology, computer technology, can realize measuring the physical parameters, at meantime, communicating with server to get detail healthy information and restore personal documents for checking. Though HCS and proliferative services research at home and board, this paper presents our research work as below:1. On the base of HCS and proliferative services research at home and abroad, we developed a java based HCS embodying domestic Healthy care characteristics. The developed system takes the technologies of PIC16F877 single chip and Java, which makes it low energy consumption, easy to control, cheap and transplanted.2. Measure, restore and transport the blood pressure and the pulse without hurt with PIC16F877.3. Data bluetooth Transsmision between physical parameters acquisition terminal and mobile has been realized and DC power is designed.4. Phone software is based on SUN's mobile Java technology, it followed the purpose- "Write once, run everywhere!" ,and the use of the MVC development model so that the procedures clearer and more convenient maintenance. Phone software main physiological data measurement, storage, query and Bluetooth communications capabilities.
