Covering all people, money, and so on enterprise information management,human resource information management is an important part of the. Through thestatistical analysis of enterprises, human resources information, to provide importantsupport for the enterprise management decision. How to manage internal employeeinformation, the implementation of staff efficient macro management, to theenterprise organization structure and strategic planning, development situationanalysis, decision and establish a suitable policy, is an important and difficult work.Through detailed studies with the in-depth investigation of the enterprise’shuman resources department, and collecting the department managers and experts inhuman resources department staff, suggestions and comments. The main problemsexisting in the application of human resource management information system in theenterprise application: one is, most of the traditional personnel managementinformation system, system function module is relatively simple, can not fully reflectthe human resources management module six operations; two, a modern humanresources management information systems in many markets, most of the enterprise isvery difficult to promotion and application, the main reason is between modulescoherence is poor, pertinence, practicability, maneuverability is not strong enough,some commonly used functions difficult to implement, not solve the real problems tothe enterprises. Therefore, many companies mistakenly believe that human resourcemanagement information system efficiency is not high but rarely used.Aiming at the two problems of enterprise human resource managementinformation system application, this system have been greatly improved from twoaspects. First, break through the traditional personnel management information system functions relatively simple model, extended to the six modules of humanresources information, work plan, information, user information, data managementand so on five big function modules. Through the system research, analysis, design,Implementation of the employee information data accurately, manpower and simple,so as to improve the efficiency of human resources management, reduce the cost ofmanagement. Second, improvement and optimization of the modern human resourcesmanagement information system, strengthen the link between business modules, andimprove the system of pertinence, practicability and maneuverability. Throughin-depth understanding of modern human resources management information anddetailed analysis, enterprises from the recruitment into the training, performanceevaluation, salary and labor relations, employee information can be fully utilized, toprovide more reliable data for decision-making, is advantageous for the enterpriseleadership to master the movements of personnel, and to make scientific decisionsaccording to the change of internal and external environment and conditions, thehuman, material and financial resources, etc. the effective integration of resources andthe best matching, which can improve business efficiency and benefit.The design and implementation of human resource management informationsystem as the goal, discusses in detail the demand analysis and the design scheme ofthe system, as well as the development process and test results, through theapplication of Asp.net technology, SQL2005database, using the Visual Studio2008tool to design and write code. And the implement process of design is divided into sixsteps: demand analysis, structure analysis, data table design, coding, testing,continuous improvement.
