With the increasingly fierce competition in the communication market, the originalmanagement, assessment and the method of payment are not able to adapt to the needs ofmodern enterprise operation. Benefit and precise oriented needs call for the establishmentof efficient and transparent proxy maintenance system. It is imminent to know how torealize the efficiency, transparent management, evaluation and settlement of the agencymaintenance. Thus the development of integrated base station to monitor managementsystem can provide each big telecom operators with true and reliable generator length data,and uploaded the data to the network monitoring center through GPRS network, andreal-time display the current process state. According to customers’ needs they can countstatistical reports, warning information and this provides powerful basis evaluation andsettlement for the operators and maintenance agent.This system is developed in the LabVIEW application development environment, and itwill realize practical system solutions of remote wireless monitoring management of thebase of PC and mobile phone through the GPRS wireless network data transmission.This paper introduces in detail the composition of the mobile communication basestation power management system, which includes the design of upper computer softwareand the design of the base station monitoring module. PC software’s realization is mainlythrough the LabVIEW software programming implementation, including the connectionapplication of LabVIEW and Access database, the combination of LabVIEW and SQLstatements programming, so as to realize such functions as receiving data from themonitoring module according to the parameters set, having a query and a control commandand so on. Base station monitoring modules mainly include GSM/GPRS communication,MEMS sensors to collect information, relay control part, SD card and so on. Duringmodule design process, it is important to select and design the type of the key components,to handle special and important signal lines, to design the project with double panel, and tohave compact structure with small size which is easily to be debugged. At the same time, inthe light of the module file system, the corresponding program is developed. Theinformation instruction of the control module is standardized processed, and protocolspecification for the system is put forward. The communication format of this system is set up according to the system as a whole to ensure the accurate and reliable operation of thesystem. Through the experiment on the system function test it is confirmed that the systemruns stably and the data is reliable. Finally a summary is made on the function of thesystem and the things that can be reached to be perfect are put forward.
