Design And Implementation Of The Network Management System Of Gprs Wireless Data Transmission Equipment

With the GPRS wireless data business being widely applied in the areas of banking, lottery, and the oil or gas well monitoring, people set higher demand on the network management system which manages these devices access to the GPRS network for wireless data transmission. They require the network management system to ensure the stable and reliable of data transmission by the devices of wireless data transmission, provide the more detail statistic report forms about the online status and online time of all the devices to users.This thesis presents a project to solve the problem of real-time data transmission from the gas stations monitoring terminals on the basis of analyzing the GPRS gas stations monitoring system. According to the real requirements of gas station monitoring system, in the project, GPRS wireless data transmission equipment actively apply to register on the monitoring center, send circularly the heartbeats data to the monitoring centre, and the monitoring center analyses and stores the heartbeats data by the network management software. And the monitoring centre in this project can send commands to the GPRS wireless data transmission equipment to set the parameter of the equipment. In this way, we can monitor these network devices. And in the project we can provide the detail statistic report forms about the online status and online time of all the equipments to the users according to the stored heartbeats data.In this thesis, we divided the network management software into many function models from the functional architecture with the knowledge of software engineering, and we conducted a detailed design of each module. And we also make a detail design of the database. In the way of implementing software, we adopt three - layer models as the structure of the network management software, we separate the view, the controller and the model using the think of MVC, in this way, the maintenance, the restorable, the expansibility, the flexible and the encapsulate ability of the software is promoted significantly.
