Designing And Implementation Of Production Equipment Management Information System For Fenghuo Machinery Factory

Equipment management affects not only the production operation of theenterprise, but also its development and success. Modern management of enterprisesmust pay great attention to the equipment management. In order to create besteconomic and social benefit, They must constantly improve the personnel qualityand efficiency. Whit the high development of information and technology, theinformationization management pattern becomes necessary for the enterprise’sdevelopment. The production equipment informationization management shouldgradually become the modern concept of the managers. This thesis combine thepractical situation of Fenghuo machinery factory, have a deep research to theequipment informationization management.In this thesis， the situation of the factory’s production equipment management isinvestigated first and the problem in the equipment management is analyzed. Basedon the investigation and analysis, the study use IDEF0to establish the functionmodel of equipment management and achieve the A-0and A0of the productionfacility management system. Besides, the research use IDEF1to set up someinformation models of key equipments to establish the foundation for informatizationof management. On the basis of physical truth of the factory, the study work out theoperation flow’s rules of the facility informatization of management to furnish thebasis for the management system. Furthermore, use Excel server of QinZhe to designequipment management information system interface to set the extent of power ofthe user and accomplish the design of facility informatization of management system.With the analogue of the operation of the informatization of management system,theresearch implement the informatization of management.
