This thesis presents the development of Feili company's power station equipmentproduction quality management system based on software engineering methods and techniques. This software's objective is to solve the problem of efficient quality management under the background of more and more complicated products and higher and higher technical demands, providing quantitative tools for quality control and improvements.This thesis sets up the software functional requirements and use case models in accordance with the company quality management demands. This software features are centralized with the integrated managements in basic information management, equality control enhancements and close-loop quality control system construction. The software design scheme is constructed based on requirement analysis which is distributed hierarchical client/server architecture with the major components of production quality transaction and information management modules configured on its server side and provides management views for different users on its client side. The software is configured with the production quality control module, quality inspection module, inspection utility and standard management and basic information module, quality information tracing and analysis module on its server side. This thesis describes technical works on these modules' programming implementation and tests.Feili company's power station equipments quality management software is programmed with C++ under the running environment of Windows/.NET and database server of Oracle.Now this software has finished with its development and tests. This software well satisfies the products quality control demands in the environments of real production, significantly raises the processing quality control and inspection precision and provides the valuable data analysis support to product defects improvements.
