Design And Implementation Of Equipment Operation Management System For Tobacco Enterprises

In the face of fiercecompetition, the use of advanced information technology to reform equipmentmanagement is the urgent requirement for tobacco enterprises.The paper is completed during participating in a practical project of tobaco enterprise.Against features of equipment operations management of tobacco factory, on the basis of alot of demand analysis,this paper designed an equipment operation management system.The system integrated with the bottom automation system, can acquire the real-timemonitoring data of the bottom data collection system.After a certain of data processing, theupper managers can view real-time equipment operation,so that they can make the rapidresponse and timely analysis to emerging issues in the operation, make rational and correctcommand.Firstly, against the status of equipment management of tobacco enterprises, the paper madedetailed study and analysis of the issues in traditional equipment operation managementand user's demand,so establishment a equipment operation management system. Totobacco enterprises equipment operating management background, in conjunction withoperational processes of equipment operating management of tobacco factory, I designedthe functional modules of the equipment operating management system.
