Design And Implementation Of Electronic Equipment Management System Of One Commercial Bank

With the increasingly fierce competition of financial industry and the rapid development of information technology in recent years, more and more banks consider their information construction as an important means to improve comprehensive competitiveness and service level, electronic equipment has been widely used in every fields of the front to the background of the bank. Along with the domestic enterprises paying more attention to the fix-assets management, the standardized management of electronic equipment has become an important method to test management level and efficiency of the bank, and to guarantee the smooth running of the whole banking business.The article takes a tier-one branch of Bank of Communications as an example, made an analysis on the various drawbacks and problems that the past manual management of electronic equipment of the bank caused, based on the actual management demands, combined with the bank management system specification, finished the new suite of electronic equipment management. It make a detailed discussion on system development background, related technical overviews, system requirements analysis, system functions and business process design, system key function implementation and system testing result. After the introduction of the background, research objectives and significance, we study into the requirement details on the information construction of the electronic equipment management in a tier-one branch of Bank of Communications, the design is conform to its actual management functions and business process, through realization of the functions of user management, role management, menu management, equipment information registration, equipment maintenance management and equipment application approval process, etc. of the bank, and by strict testing, the system has reached the original design requirements and run on-line at the bank, acquired a good result ultimately.The article also researched and analyzed the opinions put forward by users during using period after system launched, discussed the existing problems of management system on electronic equipment for the bank in the present stage, and came up with the views and suggestions for the improvement and perfection of the system in the future.
