With the rapid development of society, the enterprise scale also scale to systemcontinuously, an enterprise human resource management quality plays an important role in thedevelopment of enterprises. Previous methods of human resource management in themanagement of the means are very complex, and the efficiency is very low. Therefore, to the enterprise human resources unified management becomesvery important.With the rise and changes of network management era, with intelligent and scientificenterprises can foothold in the market. This system is used on the market now the mostpopular browser/server (also known as B/S) structure, and the traditional client/server (C/S)structure compared to not only makes the client load is greatly reduced, but also to ensure thesafety of the system; the development of the system based on.NET three layers architecture,can be very good to say and the separation of business logic, is conducive to the maintenanceand upgrade later, choose Visual Studio2008as the system development tool, and C#as thesystem development language, while SQL Server2005as the development of the use ofdatabase.The main function of the human resource management system include: the initial valuesof the system are set up; add, delete, modify and query the basic employee information,attendance information or the employee’s personnel transfer information;. Human resourcesmanagement system design and development in line with the Wuhan Wing Hang companyrequirements for human resources management, improve enterprise management efficiency,saves the expenditure of enterprises, and has a positive role in promoting the development ofenterprises.
