Development Of Temperature Monitoring System Used For The Process Of Drug Production

The temperature monitoring system, as the important steps in the process of temperaturecontrol, can be seen everywhere in the current industrial production. In order to meet thedemands for temperature monitoring in the process of drug production of Shaanxi HanjiangPharmaceutical Group co., LTD. A smart, practical and reliable temperature monitoringsystem with simple construction and easy operation was developed. With IPC as its core and c++Builder6.0as the application software development platform, a temperature monitoringsoftware with friendly interface is developed by using the hardware of a conventionaltemperature sensor PT100and AMPCI-9112data acquisition card.Firstly, this paper made basic research on the actual situation of the pharmaceuticalfactory, pharmaceutical production process and the number and distribution of controllabledevices. The paper also demonstrated the feasibility of the project, made clear about the mainperformance index of the system development and analyzed the basic functional requirements.On the basis of the above, an overall design for the temperature monitoring system was made,and the construction of the system was put forward. Then a detailed design was made basedon the two aspects of hardware and software, and a concrete implementation plan was given.Finally this paper discussed the goal, method and results of system test.Already in the actual production, it has been proved that the system has made positiveeffects on the improvement of pharmaceutical production quality. It completely solved theproblem of inaccuracy in previous traditional temperature measuring method and overcamethe trouble in data processing. Besides, this temperature system has the advantages of simpleconstruction, high accuracy, and low price etc. So it has some practicability and highpopularization value.
