In the field of Power Engineering, usually need to test status and parameters on line. Especially, many new metering system and measuring instruments were applied to industry in recent years. Among them, the appliance of vortex street detector is one that has a larger potential. At present, most appliances use the hardware to realize signal processing of vortex street detector. This metering system is so sensitivity to environment vibration noise and white noise that the measuring error in industry site is larger than in laboratory.For this reason, bases on prior period study, this paper presents a method that use digital signal processing technique to resolve above problems, and developes a dynamic data acquisition and processing system.For dynamic data, signal processing is using mathematical operation to realize filtering, interlock, convolution and transform etc. . In this thesis, linear phase FIR digital filtering, optimal design of FIR digital filters with monotone passband response and square root Kalman filter were programmed, these methods can remove the background and acoustic noise, weaken redundant information; Using methods of analysis of spectrum: FFT algorithm, ZFFT algorithm, ARMA model spectrum analysis etc. to estimate signal's characteristic parameter or transform the signal so as to be analyzed or identified easily . Before discuss these algorithms, this paper discussed the choice of sampling frequency.Consideration of more wider useing, this thesis developed a high-speed simultaneous sampling card, programmed device driver that can be used in Windows 98 operating system. This card not only has the function of four-channel simultaneous sampling, but also has two channels for D/A, eight channels for digital I/O.For actual industry demanding, this thesis uses hot wire anemometer to simulate actual vortex street detector in low speed wind tunnel, adjusts developing equipments and dynamic test system, optimizes the structure, test on the spot and so on, also has analyzed the result.At last, the paper sums up many questions that should be regarded when develop or make a mini dynamic test system. Also look forward to the future and makes a suggestion for next work.
