This thesis research deeply into high-speed data acquisition technology and method, proposed 4-channel parallel data acquisition architecture based on VHDL, low-speed, low-cost analog/digital conversion devices are adopted to realized the 400MSa/s high-speed data acquisition, the designed oscilloscope card has shown high-speed, large capacity data acquisition and oscilloscope functions.Research includes the following:Firstly, using four low-speed, low-cost chip AD9288, designed and implemented a dual-channel 400MSa/s sampling rate high-speed data acquisition system. Secondly, in the analog part of the card, use high-performance, current feedback amplifier AD8008 to improve the analog bandwidth of the system. Thirdly, for the system signal reflection and crosstalk, signal integrity methods such as noise suppression and impedance match is discussed and analyzed, used knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility in circuit board design process, and took corresponding measures to improve the system performance greatly. Fourthly, in digital logic section, VHDL hardware description language programming is used for realizing the internal circuits of FPGA, VHDL design method is flexible and easy to improve. Fifthly, on the signal reconstruction, the technology and applications of interpolation and digital filtering is discussed. Finally, the system has been tested.
