With the continuous developments of data acquisition technology, data acquisition has been applied in various industrial fields. Using this technology to monitor the operational parameters of the steam turbine sets and hence ensure safety in thermal power production has become increasingly important.This thesis mainly discusses the steam turbine's data acquisition and processing technology. It analyses the present status and the existing problems, introduces PCI data acquisition card, completes a multi-channel signal of heterogeneous data separation and treatment completes the signalâ†'physical informationâ†'data processingâ†'sensor equipment parameter. Focusing on the calculation method of temperature parameters, this thesis completes a two-way relationship with temperature and resistance on Cu50 and Pt100, fulfills five kinds of commonly used industrial thermocouple's temperature-heat electromotive potential two-way relationship's calculation,resolves the key optimization algorithm on temperature parameters of the most important Pt100 temperature compensation. This thesis also designs and implements the monitoring system which is based on the real-time data acquisition card data.Through more than half a year's operation, the system shows perfect stability, high reliability, good real-time, high accuracy and speed in monitoring, and the system's control interface interactive is so user-friendly that it is well received by operators. In short, this system is of great practical value and plays an important guiding role in the thermal power plant's information and intelligent development.Data monitoring system includes equipments such as sensors, signal lines, and industrial computer which are located in the larger context of the gas turbine in the different locations. For the computer system, a thermal power plant constitutes an external nosing environment with strong electromagnetic, hence further study and research is still needed in the interference, the area of anti-jamming and anti-noise of this system.
