Design And Implementation Of A Criminal Commutation And Parole System

As the information technology develops rapidly and is universally applied, thewhole society has entered a new information age. It has become inevitable for thechief state organs to use IT to work more easily,efficiently, normatively, and so hasthe information and digitization.As an important national machinery, prison bears the penalty and carries out thefunctions of maintaining social stability. Commutation and parole offenders areimportant parts of prison work. Since this work involves many departments and strictlegal procedures, most areas have to adopt the traditional manual filing, archiving andaudit material model. This working model not only wastes time, but also lows safetyfactor, which leads to "information island" phenomenon among the variousdepartments.My design is mainly based on criminal commutation and parole work statutoryprocesses, and combined with the SQL Server database technology and VC++/MFCprogramming techniques, and I referred to a structure C/S. My design has achievedthe main functions of a reduction of sentence for parole offender informationmanagement, circulation, the approval and printing in VS2008IDE implements withinformatizationed and standardizationed offender commutation parole system. Theentire system is fully functional, user-friendly, easy to be used. My design has reallyproved that it can overcome many current drawbacks of the commutation and paroleworkflow effectively.
