The Design And Implementation Of Procuratorial Supervision Business System Of Procuratorate For Weifang

Prison prosecution is an important duty of the procuratorial organs, and is very important for the procuratorial organs to exercise legal supervision. In accordance with the provisions of the Detention Center Attorney workflow stationed by the People’s Procuratorate, the so-called prison prosecution is a general term of the People’s Procuratorate supervision in accordance with the law that supervises whether the penalty enforcement authority for enforcement activity is legitimate, whether the implementation of the decision of re-education through labor activities of the labor camp authorities is legitimate, and whether the law enforcement activities of the detention center is legitimate. Its main task is to punish corruption in the judiciary, protect judicial justice, and ensure correct and unified work of the national legal and policy in executive organ. This article uses the UML standard modeling language to describe the prison prosecution business system design and implementation process of the Weifang Procuratorate.This paper firstly describes the background of the development of the system and introduces the current situation of the prison prosecution; secondly the paper gives a overview of system requirements, analyses user roles and use case analysis method to describe the system functional requirements and give the non-functional requirements of the system; thirdly it introduces the overall structure and functional structure of the system and describes the detailed design of parts of the system function by the static model structure and dynamic timing diagram; fourthly it use E_R diagram to describe the system data model and describes the structural design part of the database table of the system; finally it shows part of implementation function and implementation code, and describes implementation process of some system functions with the activity diagram, and does a summary of the present work.The system uses B/S architecture and many technologies like Struts, Hibernate, Spring, JSP, XML to design platform business logic processing and uses SQL Server 2005as the database server to realize the functions about the detention place information management of the suspect, supervisor query the management of the suspect, offender management, the detention personnel management, prisoners escape management, death management, reward and punishment management, supervision and education activities illegal management and log management; specifically realize the functions about reception management, exchange charge management, extended custody management, detain deadline rerun management, parole management, delivery executive management, detention delay management, offender getting in and out management, sentence change management, commutation management, conditional release management, sentence out of prison management, release on medical parole management of the suspect; and asylum management, teaching management, detention period change management, the medical management, outside the execution management of personnel receiving reeducation through labor. It provides an electronic platform for the prison prosecution business management of the Weifang Procuratorate.The prison prosecution business system of the Weifang Procuratorate uses modern information technology and the means of informatization to implement the prison prosecution business management, accelerate the change from the traditional model to modern information management of the Weifang Procuratorate. It lays a good foundation that the Weifang Procuratoratethe do its duty legally and roundly.
