The Analysis Of Assessment Management System For Inmates

Nowadays, it becomes more urgent to establish perfect prison legal system, to foster the qualified prison officers, and to construct special prison legality sector and the modern prison execution system. In this dissertation, we present a novel management information system (MIS) to aid the enforcement in prison. Our system is built for improving the efficiency and transparency of the execution of punishment. The system requirements are analyzed based on our experience in actual operation of prison. By studying the current situation of the prison operation and practical operational needs, we developed a comprehensive credit assessment framework. In this way, the dynamical information which reflects the inner state of the prisoner can be grasped by the officer in time. Furthermore, the rapidness and accuracy of the information feeding back enables the fast reaction according to the performance change of prisoner.The experimental result of our prototype system proved that the efficiency in execution of punishment can be highly improved. And because of the characteristic of transparency provided by our system, the fairness and justice are guaranteed. From the view of enhancing the fairness of law enforcement and regulatory, our project has far-reaching significance.
