In order to further improve project man-agement level and ability, transformation management mode, strengthening the ser-vice function of construction projects, and implement the strategy of comprehensiveinformation management, the construction project owner began to explore construc-tion project management information system of OA. But as a result of constructionenterprises with project information is scattered and confusion of the businessprocess, requirements change frequently, collaborative efficiency is low, the charac-teristics of office automation system development and success of the operation rateis extremely low. Therefore, to explore the use of OA management information sys-tem for management become urgent needs.This paper takes requirements analysis which is most important and hardest as-pect in the developed process of OA management information system as the researchobject. Through combine the DQ Company’s organization, functional domains andbusiness to access to the developed object base on the domestic and abroad researchstatus and related theory. Then refine the user’s requirements report through the us-er’s intention. Lastly, the paper uses a real case to verify the requirement report ofOA management information system of construction project.Complete the following main research content:First of all, to investigate the company’s current organizational structure, ana-lyzes the functional domain, process and business of the company. Through the in-vestigation, summarizes the company’s existing management problems, and thenputs forward the overall demand goal of OA construction project management in-formation system, build the system function model of the overall goal.Second, build detailed functional requirements.
