Bydetail designed the packet format, the system environment, modules of the subsystem,the article implemented the protocol of information. Finally, the article introduced thetest content and method.This article implemented the national tax information exchange platform to solveposed the lack of information exchanged and shared between the national tax bureauand the local tax bureau. The national tax information exchange platform not onlyraised the scalability and usability of the system, but also made significant effects onthe bureaus information integrated.
