Tax information is an important part of society,it's the tax information for specialized business support,through the computer technology,communication technology,network technology and other modern information technology development,popularization and application,the basic business tax from the traditional to the electronic transition,realize the depth development and utilization of tax information resources.This paper will design the basic business entity tax tax service hall into the network side,with electronic tax bureau form by the taxpayer self-service,directly improve the quality and efficiency of tax,reduce the tax cost,reduce the burden of the two sides,"the innovation practice of Internet+ tax".In the aspect of system construction,the three layer structure based on B/S is used,and HTTP is the transmission protocol.The user accesses the Web server and the backstage database connected with it through the browser.The Oracle database provides a powerful guarantee for the information of the taxpayers and tax on both ends of the storage,the common web operation to use both sides more comfortable experience.In the business process,the tax system of electronic tax bureau to achieve a tax declaration,invoice application,comprehensive query,tax services and other modules,each module in a same entity to form a connection,consisting of 15 tables of the database system,from business applications to business to business feedback,all functions to achieve the desired effect.In the testing phase,the full coverage case is used to test the valid equivalence class and invalid equivalence class.
