Tax departments is not only a major user of data, but also provide various types of tax-related certification, which affect taxpayers’ economic interest. Although informatization is mature, information sharing with other sectors is not yet fully covered, paper is frequently used as the carrier, which is a potential threat. With the service quality improving of tax departments, improve the reliability of tax-related data become an urgent need.Tax-related information verification system is based on several advanced data processing technologies. On the one hand, data encryption algorithm is used to ensure the information is real, on the other hand, data matrix which can be easily accessed by PCs is used to reduce information processing time. This system can improve the reliability and efficiency of data, and further improve the authority of tax-related data provided by tax departments.In this paper, the main idea is to build a tax-related information verification system using information processing technology, and object-oriented method is used to analyze, design and develop of the system.First, the problem of tax-related information verification is introduced, and the reasons which resulting in low efficiency and poor quality are summarize, the necessity of building an information verification system is analyzed. Also, the significance and feasibility of applying data encryption and two-dimensional bar code technology in the tax-related information verification system is discussed.Next, two-dimensional bar code technology and data encryption algorithm which is the key technologies and theories of the system is introduced, also the programming environment and framework of the system described.Third, unified modeling language and object-oriented methodology are used in the analysis, design and implementation of the system. After analyzing of the feasibility, the requirement description, overall model and detailed design of the system is proposed, including the design of database. Also, the testing and running environment is described.Finally, by using dot net technology, the main function modules are implemented and briefly tested by using data obtained from Quan Gang local tax and Housing and Urban-Rural department. The testing results show that the system can generate and read verification code correctly, the fraud of tax-related evidence is solved effectively.
