At present, all companies are gradually realized the importance of customer resource in the market competition, the telecommunications enterprise is no exception.Telecom operators on the relationship between the customer and now no longer provide service is just so simple, but should also in improving the user experience, and effectively improve customer service and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty to the enterprise product aspects. Yet because the telecom enterprise customers are widely distributed, type diversity, telecom enterprise’s customer management system presents a distinct characteristics, so set up customer management information system, is that all telecoms firms are doing or have completed projects. Customer relationship information technology at home and abroad in this dissertation, by analyzing the development and usage of software development, in view of the current domestic functional limitations of customer relationship management system, combining with telecom companies in the information technology environment is an urgent need to implement customer relationship system information intrinsic demand, proposed the construction of management system of telecom customer based on this subject.This dissertation development is the result of telecommunications in the Hangzhou branch to entrust the basis of the related project, and take the management of telecom customer based system as the research object, based on the J2 EE architecture, SQL database technology and B/S hierarchical structure design; This system first puts forward the system requirements, divided into functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and divides the use cases, draw the use case diagram of the system. Then on the basis of the system module design and the design of the system database, using structured analysis method, using data flow diagram describes the operation of customer relationship management and customer based on the process of business processing, file storage and data flow, and from the bottom up strategy is adopted to design the system of entities involved in e-r model, database of local e-r model and overall e-r model, and on the part of database logical structure design. Next is the implementation and testing system, using code and print screen shows the design of this system, and focus on system performance and the function of the module and properties were tested. Dissertation is summarized and prospected finally, summarizesthe project results, and makes prospect for the future development of the system. In this study, the author participated in the whole system analysis and design, and detailed in the system based on module design and implementation, to participate in the function,the data flow of the system, design of the interfaces between subsystems, the process of using the module structure to express the function of system needs to implement customer group, expressed in data flow diagram the operation process of the customer based on module.Build management system of telecom enterprise customers based on is to realize the telecom enterprises and customers to achieve effective communication between the important means. Practice has proved that this topic to analyze and design the content of the developed system, in the use of telecom company commissioning process achieved good effect. However, with the continuous development of information technology,informationization level unceasing enhancement, the scope of the customer relationship management are also constantly expanding, system will also need to improve, to meet the information technology to update and telecom enterprise customer management application development needs in the future.
