With the continuous development of computer application technology, computation pattern has changed to distribution computation from centralization computation. The especially typical structure is C/S structure (Client/Server pattern), the pattern is used widely in the end of 1980's and the initial stages of 1990's. Howerver, as the increasing expanding of enterprise scale, the complexity of application is continuing increasing. The shortcoming of application based C/S pattern is exposing. For example, the cost is high, the user interface is not uniform, the use instruction is complex and it is not suit for spread in customer for the maintance and update is complex and boring.In a word, B/S pattern is the browser and the server structure. It is a kind of enhancement or improvement structure to C/S along with the rising of Internet technology. Under this kind of pattern, the user interface is realized through the WWW browser, a little of partial business logic (Browser)., is realized in front end and the majority of business logic is realized in the server end, this is the so-called three structures, which greatly simplifies the spending of client end, reducing the cost and workload of the system maintenance and promotion.As the application systems based B/S pattern can get over the flaw of C/S pattern, the large scale of manage software has a lot of advantages which the C/S pattern software can not compare to, the overseas software development tendency has also proved this point. At present, large-scale enterprise management system overseas either was already based on B/ S structure or is transforming from C/S structure to B/S structure. As the trend of so many domestic softwares merchant developers joined the software development based B/S structure, software based B/S structure will be in leading status in future.It has become the hot spot and issue atracting more and more attention and research how to make full use of existing software resources and develop high effective B/S mode application system rapidly on the process of transation from C/S mode to B/S mode in enterprice management system.The thesis discussed several development modes and analyzed nowadays software repetition technology based on the demand. It analyzed the C/S former system, and abstract different function layer then build the COM component, with the use of software repetition technology based on COM component;besides that, JNI was used to transfer COM interface, and the transferance has processed from C/S to B/S mode. The paper discussed the key tech on that. The mentioned tech is applied into the development propject-qinshan electricty power coal burning detecting system, and realize the transference from C/S to B/S mode, which has given the satisefied results. At the last, the summary of research work is made, and a prospect of the development of the technology is given.
