The geological structure in Yunnan Province is more complex. Because of its special geological, it produces a variety of minerals. Rich mineral resources having attracted the attention of various mining companies, due to a large number of mineral exploration, the pollution and destruction of mine ecological environment has become very serious. Department of land resources in Yunnan Province has discovered this serious problem, and strengthened the mine geological environment protection and monitoring of governance. Because of lacking human resources and technology, they cannot conduct careful management to the mine geological environment. Therefore, Yunnan MLR urgent need to use advanced management methods and technology to design a comprehensive management system of mine geological environment to the reality of mine geological environment of electronic operation.According to the basic management of Yunnan mine geological environment, governance and protection needs. We divided overall system-level functions mainly into six sub-functions which include mine geological environment basic information management, mine geological environment monitoring and management, mine geological environment protection and comprehensive management, mine geology environmental margin management, mine geological environment governance project management, mine geological environment comprehensive management reports. Users can maintain the basic information and overview of mine using additions and deletions operation; it can conduct six areas monitoring such as ground subsidence, collapse landslides, mudslides, ground fissures, land subsidence and groundwater. Mine management program can manage the implementation and governance acceptance operations and can manage four types of information including verify margin, deposit, withdrawal and return; you can also manage project information maintenance and inspection reports and manage environmental monitoring and protection produced.The development of this system will be object-oriented design as the baseline, using object-oriented language Java coding. Combined with Struts2, Spring, Hibernate framework technology and MVC design pattern for system design and combining the characteristics of the three-level framework technology for specialized control, the system is divided into three layers including the control layer, model layer and view layer. In addition, the system selects the relational database SQL SERVER 2012, this database can be flexible to manage and analyze data, and be easy to operate system data.The mine geological environment management system has been put into use in the Department of land resources in Yunnan Province. It can manage many types of information, such as basic information, monitoring information, management information, protection of information and other aspects of a unified information related to mine geological environment, and achieve the integration of the province from the mine geological environment monitoring to protective governance. We effectively avoid economic losses and injury to persons which is caused by mine geological environmental damage.
