High voltage power supply has been widely used in the industry, agriculture,military and other fields,especially in the insulation of the electric power industry testplays an important role.The past high-voltage power supply makes the wholeelectricity utilization rate below,large volume and inconvenience of operation andmaintenance.With the rapid development of switching power supply technology,switching power supply technology is gradually applied in the field of high voltagepower supply.Switching power supply technology widespread application in the fieldof high voltage power supply will effectively improve the performance of highvoltage power supply.In this paper, we talk about the status of the switching power supplies in nativeand abroad. We analyse the controlling way, circuit structure and topo and give outthe holistic programming of the5kV high-voltage power supply which based on thetechnique of micro controller and PWM has been developed.It uses Single-endedflyback topo,uses micro controller to control TL494, adopts single ended typepromote, and puts out changeable voltage after it boosted by a transformer.Weanalyse the hardware circuit in five parts, which contain adjustable and steady circuit,rising voltage circuit,high-frequency transformer, high voltage feedback circuit andsystem protecting circuit. The paper focuses on high-frequency transformer design,output form method is used to design the transformer core, combined with theempirical formula to make it meet the design requirements, to improve theperformance of the high voltage switch power supply plays an important role.Using powerful microprocessors constitute control system of high voltage switchpower supply, combined with the A/D conversion circuit and D/A conversion circuit,form a complete control and protection function of high voltage switch power supplysystem.Mainly complete data acquisition and processing, using the transformeddigital signal for the whole power system control and keyboard entry, liquid crystaldisplay (LCD), etc., has the favourable man-machine conversation function.Simulation and test results show that this design of high-voltage switch powersupply, improve the stability of the power supply and reduce the power loss, meet the design requirements.The power supply adopts the analog circuit and digital circuittogether, constitute a closed-loop real-time monitoring system with high reliability,wide range of voltage regulation and control performance is good wait for anadvantage.
