With the rapid development of economy and society in our country,environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,one of the main factors causing the deterioration of the environment is the large amount of soot emissions.Because of its high efficiency,high voltage electrostatic oil fume purifier is widely used because of its advantages such as no two pollution,large capacity and low operating cost.In this design,in order to improve the efficiency of oil fume purifier futher,to the device structure of electrostatic oil fume purifier: including the corona pole characteristic,the unusual pole spacing and so on,gas concentration,flow velocity and the character of oil fume having theoretical analysis and calculation,a set of electrostatic field box for fume purifier is designed.High efficiency operation of high voltage electrostatic oil fume purifier needs high voltage power to supply the stable DC voltage,this paper designs a set of high voltage switch power supply which is suitable for high voltage electrostatic fume purification.The switching power supply can change the input AC into stable DC,at present,the switching power supply is mainly integrated and high frequency.At the same time,the modeling and simulation technology of switching power supply plays an important role in the design of switching power supply,with the improvement of modeling and simulation technology,it plays a more important role in the design and verification of switching power supply,in this design,in the way of the combination of the design and simulation to complete the design of switching power supply.In this paper,a high frequency and high power electrostatic soot purifying switch power supply is designed,each part of the switching power supply is analyzed,to create a reasonable design,the production of high voltage switching power supply is completed.This design mainly includes the main circuit and control circuit,to complete the selection of components and the determination of parameters,the main circuit includes a rectifier filter circuit a protection circuit,a switching converter,a high frequency transformer and a feedback circuit,the control circuit adopts pulse width modulation: main of the design and analysis of high frequency transformer,switching converter and control chip SG3525.In this paper,the use of Mutisim software and the Simulink model of MATLAB to achieve the simulation of the circuit to enhance the design progress.Switch power supply is used in high voltage electrostatic fume purifier,purifier soot purification efficiency of 98%,compared with the previous 90% efficiency increased by 8.9%.According to the requirements of oil fume purifier,the design parameters of switching power supply are determined,switching power supply input voltage is 220 V AC,the output voltage is 5 to 9k V and 10 to 18 kV continuously adjustable,rated power is 500 W.The diode of the switching power input stage rectifier circuit is determined to be 3A/600 V,input filter capacitor using 2200 pF aluminum solution capacity,pressure value is 400 V,the protection circuit uses a rated voltage 250 V rated current 10 A slow fuse tube,the nominal voltage of the varistor is 471 V,the output protection circuit is divided into overvoltage protection circuit and overcurrent protection circuit with protector LTC4213,the ferrite material EE50 is used for high frequency transformer,enameled wire diameter is 0.66 mm,the ratio of the former is 163,the MOSFET type of switch converter is IRFPE50,the voltage is 800 V and the rated current is 7.5A,the feedback circuit adopts PC817 linear photoelectric coupling voltage feedback mode,the control mode of switching power supply is pulse width modulation current control mode,SG3525 chip is used as the control chip,bipolar transconductance error amplifier is used,a buck regulator LM2576-ADJ is used for switching power supply voltage regulator,the input voltage is 7 to 40 V,the output voltage is 5V.
