With the development of modern manufacture technique, all kinds of electrical equipment are becoming more and more accurate, complicated and miniaturization. In order to ensure the safe operation of the working condition, it is proposed that more advanced requirements are needed for the power supply. At present, it is common to use the switching power supply as the mainstream solution, and as a kind of a particular power supply, the pulsed power supply is generally being used in more boarder field. It is needed for the pulsed power supply to change its pulse width, extent and repetition frequency in many conditions. In the past, it is usual to make use of the Set-up law of the pulse transformer or DC chopper using the high reverse voltage switching tube to manufacture the Low-frequency High-voltage power supply, however, the reason it is difficult to meet the demand of the industrial manufacture is that the transformer is large and the reverse voltage of the switching tube is limited.The high voltage pulsed power supply of this paper uses the method that the SCM controls the work time of the PWM modulation chip to change the condition of the inverter circuit, which makes the system output the impulse. The extent of the impulse can be adjustable in a row and the pulse width and the frequency can be modified in a limited scale by the user. This design also takes effective strategy to protect the power output: when the output current of the system is beyond the scope of security, the protection circuit takes measures immediately, and it is safe and will not damage any other implements or threat the user's life owing to the protection function. It is a kind of stable and reliable high voltage pulsed power supply.First of all, the article explained the background of the subject and research, compared a variety of pulse generating methods. Secondly, the overall system and the overall work flow diagram are given. And then, it makes an assay of the hardware circuits and software programs according to the modulation design. The whole subject can be divided into two parts: the hardware circuits and the software programming. The hardware circuits include: application of the DTY-220D40E, analysis of the main circuit topology, auxiliary power supply circuit, pulse forming circuit, surge voltage regulator circuit, drive and absorption circuit of the half-bridge inverter circuit, bi-directional 4 doubling voltage rectification circuit, current foldback circuit, the design of high-frequency high-voltage transformer, design of keyboard input module, LCD interface circuit, output signal acquisition circuit and the A / D converter circuit. The main algorithms of the programming include: keyboard handler and pulse generator algorithm, pulse and frequency detection algorithm, LCD display programming. It also provides the design and flow chart of any program modules. At last, the experimental circuits are set up according to the hardware and software design, and the ideal system output pulse shape is gained, which proves the feasibility of this subject. The design provides reference materials to the pulsed power supply with Low-voltage controlling the High-voltage and the larger scope of the output voltage.
