With high dust removing rate and lower operation and maintenance cost, the electrostatic precipitator (ESP) has a significant effect on dust removing form air, which is a widely used environment protection equipment. As the important equipment of ESP, it is of great significance to research and design of the power supply electrostatic dust control system, which can improve the collection efficiency of ESP.First of all, this paper analyzes the basic principles of ESP and its power supply requirements. Taking into account the characteristic that the high-frequency high voltage transformer distributed capacitance can not be ignored, this paper uses IGBT series-parallel resonant inverter as the main circuit topology of high-voltage power switch power. Based on the working analysis of traditional series resonant inverter, this paper proposed a new working patterns and theoretical analysis of the series-parallel resonant inverter, and analyzed the simulation process of the main circuit resonance.Secondly, this paper proposes the equivalent circuit model of high-frequency high voltage transformer, analyzes the design difficulty of high-frequency high voltage transformer and projects the measures of controling transformer parasitic parameters. In this paper, a comparative analysis of the amorphous alloy materials with traditional magnetic materials is done, and at last the design principles and methods of high-frequency high voltage amorphous transformer are projected.Thirdly, the hardware and software design of intelligent control system based on DSP for ESP Power supply are introduced in detail. The control system employs DSP TMS32LF2407 as the control center, through the first, second voltage and current sampling of the PID closed-loop control system, the DSP from the EV event management generate a four-way digital signal PWM waveform as a driver instead of analog control and the control is more flexible.Finally, the experiments of the ESP Power supply are carried out, which verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and design, the experimental results and waveforms are given.
