Abstract:With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and streaming media technology, the transmission of multimedia information which based on the network becomes a research hot spot. The equipments often need to meet the requirements of real-time acquisition and transmission of video data during the scene report or long-distance outdoor live. A solution about wireless video real-time transmission of digital TV system based on DM3730is proposed in this paper, which realizes acquisition and transmission of real-time video streaming on a portable and low-power embedded mobile terminal.Firstly, on the analysis of the functional requirements of wireless video transmission system and the digital television standards to be met, a wireless digital TV video real-time transmission system is designed based on DaVinci technology in the paper. System has used DM3730of TI company as the main chip, and completed the peripheral circuit design based on the system functional requirements, including power supply module、the video acquisition module、memory module、display module and3G module. System used CAM8000-A camera provided by TI company as system’s video capture device, its built-in TVP5146decoding chip is used to switch analog video signal into digital signal to make the signal can satisfy the demands of DM3730input. Secondly, according to practical application, the thesis describes how to generate the3G dongle driver and dial up in detail, and use the method of strategy routing to make the data transmission from cards come true. Thirdly, the thesis develops applications for video capturing, encoding and transmission using multithreaded programming ideas:realizes the real-time video acquisition under embedded Linux operating system by using V4L2programming; researches the method of software developing the ARM+DSP dual-core processor, encoded real-time video data using DaVinci software technology and H.264video coding method; transports the data using RTP/RTCP streaming protocol and3G wireless network card on internet. System test results show that the receiver receives the real-time video playback can meet the rate of25frames per second and the video quality meet the standard720*576.Through the study, the system designed in this paper can meet the demand which is to capture and transmit real-time scene video data in wireless network and play the received video at the same time, meet the requirements of low latency and low power consumption. If combined with audio data processing system will have more space. Paper has35figures,3tables and60references.
