With the development of the belt conveyor towards long distance, large load high speed and high reliability, the principle question is the dynamic analysis and the design with the belt conveyor. The important approach to reduce the dynamic load of the belt conveyer is the logical choice with actionable start-up process and the favorable control. Firstly, We analyze the subsection function concluding the equal acceleration, combination cycloid and combination parabola start-up process in the creeping phase. Then analyzing the dynamic characteristic of equal acceleration, combination cycloid and combination parabola particularly applying the dynamic analytical software. The result proves when start-up acceleration is little enough, we can receive little dynamic load coefficient applying combination cycloid and combination parabola start-up, when the start-up acceleration is bigger, the dynamic load coefficient is little with the equal acceleration start-up, at last we receive the start-up acceleration curve fitting for the large power and long distance belt conveyer in this paper.In this paper, we discuss the most important question of the belt conveyer: the research with the soft start-up of the belt conveyer. In the foundation of dynamic analyzing method with the belt conveyer, establishing rational approach of start-up, receiving rational curve of start-up; and in the foundation of resistance analysis, discussing the influence to the saving energy result of the belt conveyer with the rational matching between the speed and the load of belt, choosing the rational speed in the foundation of the load. The third question is the power balance issue, discussing the various factors that influence unbalance among the electromotors of belt conveyer, and give a control strategy which applies frequency conversion timing technique.Base on the analysis above, this paper achieved to design frequency conversion timing intelligent control system of belt conveyer., and established PLC control program flow of soft-startup, timing and power balance; For improve the control accuracy, the control program used fuzzy control theory., so that it was well in settling the foundation of the belt conveyer with the large load large power and long distance.According to locale testify, the accuracy of the control system that this paper designed meets the demand of engineering.
