With the rapid development of LED packaging technology in the world,the phosphor coating is the key link in the process of LED packaging.The consistency and uniformity of the coating thickness determine the luminous effect and quality of LED.In this paper,an automatic high-power Mini led phosphor adhesive intelligent micro coating equipment is designed,and a control algorithm is studied to control the consistency and uniformity of coating thickness.In this paper,a high-power Mini-LED intelligent micro coating system is built,and a consistency control algorithm of coating thickness is designed.(1)This paper introduces the development of LED lighting industry,investigates the coating technology of phosphor glue in the current packaging industry,and summarizes several widely used coating technologies.(2)Based on the requirements of the project and the actual coating production,the overall design of the system function is carried out,the hardware selection is completed according to the requirements of each functional module,and the hardware parameters are debugged to ensure the reliability and stability of the equipment operation.Using C ++language to design intelligent coating control software in Qt environment,including physical layer,functional layer and interface layer.All kinds of functional interfaces are combined into a complete GUI functional module to ensure the simplicity and convenience of human-computer interaction.(3)This paper summarizes the factors that affect the uniformity of phosphor glue coating thickness and LED luminous effect in the coating process,selects the liquid level of phosphor glue mixture in the barrel as the control quantity,and establishes the controlled object system model.The fuzzy PID control algorithm based on genetic algorithm optimization is designed to control the liquid level height.The relationship between the parameters of GA Fuzzy PID controller and the control effect is analyzed.The fuzzy input and output are determined.The triangle membership function is selected.The fuzzy control rules are designed according to the expert experience to adjust the parameters of GA Fuzzy PID controller,The control of liquid level height can meet the expected requirements.(4)The simulation experiment of GA Fuzzy PID control algorithm is carried out and compared with ordinary PID control and fuzzy PID control.The results show that the improved GA Fuzzy PID control has small overshoot or no overshoot,fast adjustment time,good stability and anti-interference performance,and can meet the requirements of liquid level control.
