Management of enterprise staff performance appraisal is an important content of management of the company. With the rapid development of computer technology, computer application in enterprise management, using the computer to support enterprise high efficiency through performance appraisal day-to-day management of affairs be imperative. The purpose of this study is to pay for performance status in Shandong China Pacific Insurance Company as the background, combined with the Shandong branch of the business development and the human cost of the actual situation, to establish a set of KPI index as the focus of the performance appraisal system, to promote the incentive to high performance and staff tilt, inclined to key positions, effectively improve the working enthusiasm of staff.Key performance indicators, SMART principle as the principle was adopted, using method of layer by layer decomposition to formulate the key index of enterprises, analysis, application of project management methods of modern information systems are the demand of the system structure design, modeling and program development, system uses BS architecture, object oriented application of Oracle company’s webpage programming technology of JSP and Microsoft Corp’s SQLserver as a database, and in accordance with the system safety management of physical security, logical security and security management requirements for the system security analysis and reinforcement.The new system of employee performance evaluation was designed and implemented, the system to enterprise performance index as the criterion, the different levels of staff performance appraisal clearly shows the process of employee performance calculation, the staff information, index information, performance calculation and payroll inquiries and other functions, can basically meet the Pacific Life insurance company Shandong branch demand for staff performance appraisal information, but also to facilitate the management of the information management and maintenance, greatly improving the work efficiency.
