Research And Implementation Of Reserve Unit’s Personnel Management System Based On Mobile Positioning Technology

Abstract:With the development and popularization of intelligent terminal and LBS, troop’s management departments can collect geographic information of people and equipment at any time any place, which makes the "GIS" supported in the flow becomes possible. According to information construction in the reserve force, this paper will draw lessons from the application experience of LBS in foreign and local field, which fully considers the characteristics and advantages of GIS technology. On one hand, this paper researches and designs reserve unit’s personnel management system which based on mature mobile positioning technology and geographic information technology through mobile communication network. On the other hand, this paper implements the system to collect and transfer information between mobile terminal and management center.The main contents and characteristic of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper deeply studies the key technologies of mobile terminal’s operating system, geographic information technology, positioning technology, and combines the actual needs of reserve personnel management, designs structure of the system.Secondly, it designs the core module, such as the system registry, GPS information upload, localization, multimedia information collection, file upload, real-time video transmission, at the same time designs the backend system database.Finally, it implements mobile terminal subsystem based on the mobile Android platform system and management center subsystem based on J2EE platform.
