With the rapid development of network technology,the kinds and nuMer of business network carried are more and more larger.At the same time, the requirements of users for business have increased,which makes the control ability of network weakened and network problems gradually increased.It is difficult to guarantee the quality of service of all kinds of business.As a result,it is an important topic to improve existing network architecture and put forward a new architecture adapting to the development of the network.This paper puts forward a kind of resource reserve system architecture based on SDN(Software Defined Network).SDN is a new type of network architecture put forward by Stanford university of the United States,the main idea of which is separating the control plane and forwarding plane of network.On the basis of this architecture, this paper designs and realizes resource reserve system, which can reserve bandwidth for the business flow in advance, ensuring that there is sufficient bandwidth to be allocated to businesses having requirements of bandwidth.At the same time, this paper puts forward the ant colony optimization of bandwidth reservation(BRACO),the system adopts which as the routing algorithm to compute routes for data flows and the routes can meet the requirements of delay and packet loss rate.First,this paper introduces the research background of SDN and the base architecture,then representing OpenFlow technology including OpenFlow switch,OpenFlow agreement and Floodlight controller.Then,this paper puts forward the M-ACO algorithm.Because the traditional ant colony algorithm doesn’t consider QoS requirements such as bandwidth, delay, this paper makes 4 improvements on the basis of it:According to the bandwidth requirements of the business, remove links not meeting conditions from the network topology and build a new network topology;Improve conditions of finding routes;Change the path objective function and optimization function and increase a new function naming path crossed degrees;Increase the variable r and calculate one or more paths according to the value of r.Then, the paper designs a resources reserve system,main function modules of which include measurement module,routing calculation module and routing configuration module.Measurement module periodic measures network utilization, delay, packet loss rate,and updates these network status to the list;Routing calculation module obtainsinformation from the list and computes paths satisfying the QoS requirements of data flow based on the BRACO;Routing configuration module receives paths from routing calculation module and configures switches on the path. Configuration process is the process of resources reserve,and the paper reserves bandwidth based on configuration of send rate of switch ports.Finally, the paper sets up the simulation network using Floodlight controller and Open vSwitch switch to test and validate the function of the system.
