The Design And Implementation Of Management System Of Land Reserve Transaction Archives

In the 1990s,the land reserve system was first established in Shanghai,which is a major reform of the land use system in China,as well as an innovation and reform of urban land-use system in China,and which plays an active role in the rational utilization of land resources in China.The land reserve system has been gradually improved since it was put forward.Up to now,more than 2,000 land reserve institutions have been set up successively.The land reserve system helps the government to regulate and control the land and activate the land resources.It also helps to regulate the land exchange market and optimize the allocation of land resources.With the change of the times,the business process of land reserve is gradually complicated,the data is increasingly diversified,and the security and confidentiality also need to be improved.The traditional manual operation mode is not suitable for the needs of current government departments.The disadvantages of the traditional manual operation lie in the high error rate and the low efficiency.In the context of the country's high emphasis on the honest and upright,the traditional manual operation mode is not transparent and open,which may lead to abuse of power.How to manage land archives efficiently,query and statistics land reserve information quickly,and provide decision-making assistance to government departments,there is an urgent need to develop a set of land reserve transaction archives management system.This paper conducts a survey on the working process of land reserve transaction,analyzes in detail the various demands of the use units,designs the demand into functional modules and a sub-module under each functional module,then sorts out the working process of each module and codes them into modules by holding demand survey meetings with the government departments.This paper conducts demand analysis,system design,database design and system realization regarding system login module,land file management module,space information and data management module and department user management module.The system adopts B/S structure,whose development language is C#,and whose database is SQL Server.The land reserve transaction file management system realizes the informatization and standardization of land reserve work,and provides users with more convenient and faster services.Users only need a browser to use the system quickly and easily.From the system operation results,"land reserve transaction file management system"improves the work efficiency and reduces the error rate.The visual and intuitive data statistics results provide necessary theoretical basis for the government to make decisions.
