However, under the current situation, in thecourse of information construction of the depot, there are still a series of problems, mainly inthe level of automation needs to be improved, cannot meet the needs of development.Meanwhile, data transmission and device management mechanism also has larger problems.These issues together, the negative impact of the effective operation of each systemdepartment of oil depot, and cannot satisfy the future trend of development of the oil depot.This paper establishes automatic control system of digital oil depot, and should be usedin the industrial field device control operation, a SCADA supervisory control and dataacquisition system using Wonderware InTouch Software for PC interface, via OPC serverprotocol conversion function with a Rockwell PLC module for data communications, whichestablished a set of applicable to automatic control system of oil depot. According tointernational practice established industrial Ethernet, and the establishment of networks andcontrol network devices in accordance with field bus technology, field devices and associatedinstrumentation interface to send data to the host computer via PLC, host computer systemunified monitoring and management of the various departments and field devices. Achieve areal sense of the "digital oil depot," the basic idea, so depot production management moreconvenient, but also in saving energy, reducing emissions and improving productionefficiency is also very beneficial.
