In recent years, with the increasing popularity and development of the information and network technology, some mine enterprises are also starting to build their own integrated automation information platform. Among the problems, these enterprises pay more attention to how to realize the dynamic integration of management network, control network and device network. The monitoring system in the middle lever of integrated automation information platform plays an important connecting role among these networks. So how to build a proper monitoring system, which makes monitoring data transfer in real time, quickly and accurately, and realizes data sharing, data analysis and decision-making aid, is becoming one of hot spots researched by current domestic and foreign enterprises, research institutions and universities.In this thesis, a mine belt monitoring system is built for mine enterprises. The system uses Wonderware’s configuration software IAS development platform and Intouch software to realize system development. In the system, real-time information of the industrial field devices is collected through OPC communication technology and reflected in the HMI interface system eventually. Not only workers in the communications equipment room are able to monitor industrial site through the on-site workstation, but also corporate upper management can grasp information about industrial production, security and other aspects through a remote web monitoring timely, and then they can analyze and process the alarm information monitored so that it realizes the purposes of decision-making aid, information sharing, and unified scheduling management.On the basis of Intouch monitoring platform, this thesis researches data transmission technology, field bus technology, OPC industrial communication standards and principle together with characteristics of mine belt centralized control system, and analyzes the advantages of OPC communication technology compared to traditional industrial control software, and then OPC communication technology is chosen as the measure of data transmission belt centralized control system. Then mine belt centralized control system is designed and developed on the development platform of Wonderware’s Intouch software with the field bus technology and OPC specification as theory basis. The system can monitor the operation state of site belt through HIM in real time, and realize web monitoring, alarming, event logging and so on. This system has been put in use of the well (4th well) of Pingshuo Mining Group Well East, obtained good application effect and brought certain economic benefit for enterprise.
