The Application Of SCADA System In LPG Station

This paper designs and realizes the project of Supervisory Control andData Acquisition (SCADA) system in LPG station, which is up to the demandof Supervisory Control and explosion-proof control.Using the technology of Profibus, Ethernet and distributed IO, this systemhas monitored the run-state of the whole statio and realized the long-distancecontrolling of fire prevention. Accordingly, the data acquidition and theability of processing emergency have enhanced. This paper discusses the SCADAsystem with explosion-proof loop control and its communication. We argue onsome crucial problems of this project.To aim at the problem of communication, we design a blue print which isused OPC technology, and we come true a part of this blue print.Meeting the question of density, author put forward the resolve and thismethod is applied to the running of this station.
