This paper designs and realizes the project of Supervisory Control andData Acquisition (SCADA) system in LPG station, which is up to the demandof Supervisory Control and explosion-proof control.Using the technology of Profibus, Ethernet and distributed IO, this systemhas monitored the run-state of the whole statio and realized the long-distancecontrolling of fire prevention. Accordingly, the data acquidition and theability of processing emergency have enhanced. This paper discusses the SCADAsystem with explosion-proof loop control and its communication. We argue onsome crucial problems of this project.To aim at the problem of communication, we design a blue print which isused OPC technology, and we come true a part of this blue print.Meeting the question of density, author put forward the resolve and thismethod is applied to the running of this station. |
