Productiondata is uploaded on the network to oil depot Scheduling department aftercalculated and summarized in the system,then the Scheduling departmentuploads the processed data to filiale Scheduling department.The system calculate the data and form statements automatically,so the userespecially production decision-makers can print, analysis and research thestatements. After the change of management methods, the datatransmission makes efficient and accurate,at the same time，commandcenter transmits data to grass-roots units on network directly according tosystem data and solution options of professional staff, so information andperform system is shortcut and flexible and the execution is enhanced.
