Research And Application On The Key Technology Of Automatic Management System For The Oil Depot

In recent years,the large oil depots which produce the finished oil in China have gradually reformed and reconstructed automatic system in different degrees.In general,A automatic management system for the oil depot with a certain process control function and safety monitoring ability has been preliminarily formed.However,most of each subsystems of the oil depot are working independently.Meanwhile,in the whole area of the oil depot,the integration degree of automatic system is low.The intelligence and information level is not high enough.The comprehensiveness and reliability are not strong enough,and the unattended operation in the area of oil depot can not be realized.As a result,the scale of the occupant is kept at a high level for a long time.Therefore,studying on the key technologies of system is based on the practical requirements of the automatic management system for oil depots,and then a set of framework is formed and applied to the development and realization of the system.All of these studies enhance the comprehensive integration level and improve the level of intelligent interlocking control among all subsystems of the oil depot in order to promote the informatization construction of operation for the oil depot.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Introduce the research background and significance,analyze the relevant status of the automatic management system for oil depots at home and abroad.(2)Introduce the the system related technologies,including ASP.NET MVC5 and data access technology,Canvas drawing technology,Redis memory database,real-time push technology of SignalR and so on.(3)The necessity and feasibility of the system development are analyzed from the system goal.In addition,we investigated the business requirements of the oil depot automation and the functional requirements of the information management system at oil depot level,and design the system architecture,function module and database.(4)Study on the key technologies of automatic management system for the oil depot,such as the technology architecture,automatic data acquisition technology,data visualization technology,real-time push technology,breadth first search algorithm and Canvas rendering process flow chart and so on.Based on the above research,a set of development framework for automatic management system for the oil depot has been formed completely.Compared with the traditional system,the framework improves thereal-time performance of message push,the concurrency of request processing,the universality of system configuration,the efficiency of image drawing and so on.(5)The framework is integrated with the application system.The information management system at oil depot level is developed based on ASP.NET MVC5,and the data sharing between the background communication system and the management system is realized based on WCF,which verify the feasibility of the framework.The system has been well applied to a provincial oil depot belonging to Sinopec Group.
