Automation control system is the main driver of social industrialization process.Through the constant evolution and development of modern control theory and process control theory,people pay more and more attention to the accuracy,efficiency and speed of industrialization control system.China began to introduce and study PLC control system in the 1990 s,and at the same time,PLC control system greatly improved large-scale industrial and automatic flow production line and its speed,and it provides a broader platform and selection for the diversified choice for technology.Now,PLC automatic control system has been widely used in medical industry,chemical industry,electronics industry,mining industry,metallurgical industry,packaging industry,building industry,etc.This thesis studied the recovery control system of a capacity-expansion salt lake whose annual output is 1.2 million tons,and it is cooperated with the design institute of Chemicals Division.It studied the process flow,technical requirements,technical standards and so on of salt lake recovery and put forward PLC automatic control system scheme which is suitable for the recovery,revamping and expansion of the salt lake.The design adopted Rockwell RSLogix5000 series PLC control system,and combining with Rockwell Factory Talk SE configuration software and through the wireless digital radio,Trimble GPS radio,MVI-56 admnet module and so on,the parameter setting and automatic control of hydraulic mining ship,mooring lighter and booster pump station of salt lake recovery.Rockwell fieldbus technology DeviceNet is adopted to conduct the bus communication between control systems,and RSLogix5000 series PLC is used as a distributed control cabinet,and Ethernet/IP is adopted in the ring network of each control station to conduct the exchange communication of data.The monitoring platform distributed in each central control room uses Rockwell Factory Talk to monitor picture data,so as to guarantee the control stability of technological process.The design of control station of central control room control and operate valve bodies such as switch valve,regulating valve,hydraulic station and frequency converter according to the proposed technological requirements and operation process.The operation of host computer is directly conducted on Rockwell ME touch screen distributed in various control cabinets.Through a way of optical fiver transmission,various divisions andsections are connected to the central control room of potassium sulfate plant,in order to realize a unified management of the whole plant and achieve a comprehensive control and scheduling.The project has completed the field programming and configuration screen drawing and finished debugging acceptance.At present,the system has been used in the control room of potassium sulfate plant to realize the control requirements for expected control objectives.Its automatic control is stable and its efficiency has been improved,and at the same time,the project also provides the ore recovery automation system of other salt lakes with a lot of useful design methods and experiences.
