In the oil storage and transportation field, process monitoring is needed to collect a large amount of information from the sensor, in recent years, with the development of science and technology, oil storage and transportation of digital system has improved significantly, but still could not be separated from the wired communication mode.The wireless sensor network can be collected and transmitted multiple types of information, and the information of real-time, high reliability, therefore, this article will apply the ZigBee wireless communication technology to the area of oil storage and transportation. In order to improve the ZigBee network in the system of oil depot practical, on the ZigBee network topology and algorithm research, in summing up the advantages and disadvantages of various network topology and routing algorithms, combined with the actual layout of oil tank and the technological requirement, select a new kind of hierarchical mesh routing algorithm(AODV-Cluster), which is suit for the data acquisition system of oil depot.Based on the design of the sensor terminal nodes, the coordinator nodes and wireless routing node completed, this paper has conducted the thorough research to the topology of the ZigBee network and it's routing algorithms, at the same time also completed the local client, server, remote client software design based on the software of KingView. The humanized human machine interface will be shown to direct user finally.
