The Internet of Things introduces new ideas, new technologies and new methods to coal mine safety supervision and management. Sensors embedded in the coal mine safety monitoring system detect various status information about coal mine "personnel, machinery, environmental" aspect. The existing decentralized, independent, single network monitoring platform upgrade for the system, open, and integrated multi-integrated network monitoring platform, people with mechanical, environmental and other physical systems, things and objects, and objects linked to each other, thus ensuring coal mine production safety, safety supervision and management to achieve "Internet of Things, intelligent sensing, physical objects interactive, smart deal" scenario.Wireless sensor network is a key technology development of the IOT, it is the rise of technology in recent years, with its distribution network features convenient, low-power, low price, has attracted wide attention. Will be applied on mine safety monitoring, the monitoring system is wired to the existing good supplement, especially in some blind spots with wired monitoring network cannot be monitored, and the wiring cannot place. Wireless monitoring and surveillance of combining wired greatly improve the security level of the mine.This thesis will be based networking wireless sensor network technology, research and design of a mine in the coal mine using context-aware systems. Perception layer using wireless sensor networks based on ZigBee technology, combined with the existing underground coal mine environment perception formed the backbone system. It will use CC2530as RF module of wireless transmission. Personnel carry equipment and transmission equipment based microcontroller chip S3C2410A with ARM920T core. The purpose of this system is to facilitate the monitoring center and the staff to grasp the real-time environmental information underground, and has personnel location and time and attendance features can assist in an emergency rescue.
