The Design Of Production Environment Monitoring System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Based On Zigbee

With the development of society,the state has paid more attention to environmental pollution and effective governance.Meanwhile,people have raised higher requirements for the safe and comfortable production environment.Most small and medium-sized enterprises due to the small scale,poor environmental awareness and safety equipment is not perfect,lead to enterprise in the process of production of a large number of flammable and harmful gas is not under control in time,it take certain risk to the staff health.Therefore,it is very important to monitor the production environment data.Aiming at the above problems,this paper presents a system scheme for the production environment monitoring of small and medium-sized enterprises based on Zigbee.With the coreof TI company's new generation SOC chip CC2530F256,combining temperature,humidity and gas sensor,the coordinator and terminal node based on Zigbee technology are designed.Then to Zstack-CC2530-2.2.2-1.3.0 agreement as the foundation,with a short address tree topology structure scheme,implements the ad-hoc network between each terminal node within the production environment,the terminal node sensor distance data sets to converge at the coordinator;In accordance with the communication mechanism of the production environment monitoring system,the data communication between the serial interface and the PC is carried out,and the environmental information of the measurement is transmitted to the upper computer in time.Finally,on the Android smartphones have developed a simple and practical production environment monitoring client software,with PC to a network server,according to the Socket communication mode,to realize mobile terminal data remote access to the environment,and realize the remote monitoring of the production environment.First of all,the paper fo a thorough analysis and argument about its background,significance and research status of this project and then introduces the Zigbee technology and its advantages,and it expounds the network structure and protocol specification of the functions of each layer and the work flow and network types.Then the overall design scheme of the system is put forward according to the project design requirements,and the hardware circuit is built based on the design scheme.At the same time,the development of the upper computer interface and the remote client mobile APP is based on the related software.Finally,the whole system was tested,including Zigbee network establishment,terminal node access network,temperature and humidity data monitoring function realization and gas abnormal condition alarm function realization.The test results show that the performance and function meet the design requirements...
