In recent years, wireless sensor network, which integrates sensor technology, embedded computing technology, modern network and wireless communication technology and distributed information processing technology, is concerned by people for the characteristics of low power consumption, low cost, convenient and flexible, but also become the focus of research. Wireless sensor network is a sensor node monitoring, sensing and gathering information, transmitting the collected information to the sink node via multi-hop relay approach, it has expanded rapidly, invulnerability and other characteristics, has broad application prospects. Permafrost area is very sensitive, once the permafrost environmental damaged, that is very difficult to recover. There are many projects in the permafrost zone in construction or have been built, the role of these projects and the role of global warming makes a difference to geothermal in the permafrost zone. The rise of soil temperature lead to the dissolution of permafrost and the permafrost smaller size, that make soil subsidence occurred. The reduce of the ground temperature in the permafrost zone lead to melt and volume expansion of the permafrost, making the bumps of soil occurred in the permafrost zone. This is not only a destruction of permafrost zone environment, but also a threat for the quality of the project in the permafrost zone. For neither destroy the environment can ensure project quality permafrost zone, ground temperature monitoring is necessary.According to the actual needs of the project, the paper selects a suitable temperature sensor, and to master chip CC2530Zigbee module with low power consumption as the core, to design a monitoring node based on Zigbee field of geothermal. The field temperature monitoring system consists of monitoring center and the wireless sensor network, and the wireless sensor network consists of sensor nodes, routing nodes and the sink node. Communication between nodes via the Zigbee communication protocol, the monitoring node of the field temperature monitoring system is the focus of our study. The change of soil temperature cause the resistance of the change of temperature sensor. Temperature sensor is added to the bridge of the measurement system, as a resistor on the bridge. Bridge convert the change of temperature into the change of voltage, This change of voltage which is input to the AD converter is encoded and then transmitted to the CC2530and operated processing and sending and so on.
