Real-time monitoring for internal environment of archives warehouse is an important part of archives management. In the past, people usually take the artificial means of measuring to complete the warehouse environmental information acquisition, and it often requires a lot of manpower and resources. For this purpose, some enterprises and research institutes have launched the warehouse environment monitoring system based on wired network technology. However, due to the complexity of wiring and poor stability, such systems have not yet won general recognition of the users. In recent years, wireless communication technology, Internet technology and computer control technology are developing rapidly, and have been widely used in many fields. Wireless sensor network which is closely related to them has also gradually become a hotspot of study among the university scientific research personnel. Under such a background, this thesis presents a warehouse environment monitoring system which is combining ZigBee technology and ARM embedded system for the first time, and conducts a detailed study of its key technologies.First of all, this thesis simply expounds the current situation and existing problems of archives warehouse environmental monitoring system, and outlines the ZigBee wireless communication protocol specification, especially focusing on the function and frame structure of each layer for the protocol stack. Secondly, this thesis comprehensively sums up system functional requirements and design principles, determining to use the ZigBee technology as warehouse internal network of wireless sensor network technology through detailed comparison with other short distance wireless communication technology, and also designs the overall structure of the system. Then, under the overall design framework, with TI CC2530chip as the core and Z-Stack protocol stack, this thesis completes the software and hardware design of wireless sensor network node, and accomplishes the node communication distance test in the lab building by simulating archives warehouse environment. Finally, this thesis chooses Mini2440development board as hardware platform, and transplants the embedded Linux operating system as well as embedded server Boa, completing the ARM embedded intelligent gateway design. By writing a CGI script on the server implements remote monitoring and automatic control of archives warehouse environment based on B/S structure.
