With the rapid development of information technology, information society willfollow. Advent of the information society, to various industries, fields have broughtunprecedented change, but also to government public services presents newchallenges. Features traditional government service platform is relatively independentof closed units and departments, lack of communication, the problem is caused by theuse of the various departments of information can not be shared, there is a businessinformation is inconsistent, confusing format, check difficulties, so the construction ofe-government platform to address government inter-departmental information sharing,reliable and efficient on the job is particularly important. In this paper, a new designconcept for "Research and implementation of autonomous legal information exchangeand sharing platform," the actual needs of the subject, gives the library buildingprogram Xinjiang Legal basic information sharing platform and actually achieved.Papers focus is on reading a lot of relevant information related to the basis ofdomestic and foreign government information sharing on the study of the overalle-government solutions, technical issues after system deployment, exchange, storagemodel, etc., for the subject of the proposed bridge system data large data transfermode and the transmission process may encounter data concurrency issues such asresearch and development work carried out.Based on the actual needs of the project, this paper elaborates the process ofinformation exchange, the exchange of information storage architecture, theinformation database system and information exchange systems, analyzes the featuresand implementation methods bridging system, and secondly, in order to pre-servicelibrary systems, for example, the JMS framework model is applied to the system, soas to solve the problems faced by the data transfer process.In this thesis, data exchange transmission system, studied and implementedbased on reliable information transmission method JMS technology, complete systemdesign and development of data exchange transmission system to achieve theexchange of data between multiple legal library transmission regional level, for the entire construction of e-government platform laid a good foundation, reflects the basicinformation sharing platform used in government work superiority. Finally, to achievea visual control interface, easy to operate various departments operational staff,improve the efficiency of government departments.
