At the same time it provides the open, convenient, efficient and diversification service by network, and accelerates the social information progress.The paper aims at the most urgent problem of current E-government—data integration, combination technique research with practice application, it discusses the solution of data integration of E- government by the current advanced technique of XML, JMS and work flow, and design and implement the related system according to the actual system demand.It discuss the method to handle the legacy system, design and implement a business system based on J2EE platform. Design and implement a simple work flow system based on file and data transmission; Studied the XML, JMS technique which use in data integration; Discuss the method using the work flow technique to realize the data integration platform. Design and implement a data integration center, based on J2EE platform, synthetically use the XML, JMS and work flow technique.
