Design And Implementation Of Document Flow System For Departments Of Government

The traditional document processing mode gradually exposed its limitations in the context of the continuous promotion of information technology.It is difficult to adapt to the development of technology and society in the filed of the government informationization advancement.In office automation process,some unavoidable problems are also gradually clear.Although e-government achieved nationwide large-scale promotion,but there are still some problems to be solved,laying a good foundation for the construction of e-government after a long time of thinking and practices.The measures to promote electronic online government affairs office become one of the key problems of the construction of the government informatization affair.The contents of this dissertation are mainly as follows: First of all,in this paper,the process and requirements of the construction of the system are analyzed,make it clear that the main function of this system should have and performance parameters,cold data stream design activities,implements the comprehensive analysis of the demand.Secondly,the author analyzes the system requirements,completed the design of system framework and the content,the main functions of the system should have and the data model and corresponding database design,and carry out the government department internal process framework design,database design,use case diagram is the core functional modules of planning and design,in view of the data and information collection process were discussed and analyzed,and combined with the key table,data stored procedures and e-r diagram is analyzed,such as the structure to complete the process design in the document processing.Finally,on the basis of the corresponding hardware and software running,realize the main target of the system design,including complete system user authentication and login,personal office matters management as well as the official document to send and receive the basic function such as work,and just keyword query,modify,and delete operations such as the implementation,convenient programming in the late maintenance and operational management.After the system is set up,the function of the planned test and performance test,completion of the system analysis,detailed test proves that this system basically achieved the design targets,meet the demand of the use of an organization.Since government official document management is a dynamic development process,it is necessary to carry out informationization management and adjust the corresponding management.In this dissertation,the system carries out the whole process of research,and provides a reference for similar system in the future research.Through analysis,thisdissertation develops suitable measures for government departments system meet the requirement of process document flow system,for similar institutions and functions of the platform construction is of significant reference value,to promote government official document information also has practical significance for perfecting the management mechanism.Government official document management,of course,as a dynamic development process,carry out informatization management,ready to corresponding management and adjustment is necessary.In this paper,the construction of e-government system for government agencies,has higher reference value.And,of course,because of the change in the government department documents office,it is necessary to build a dynamic,practical application and document flow system in the information construction of government agencies which is a long process.
